Contact the Broombeam team
Ask a question about the joint capsules, request product information, or send feedback on anything you have read here. Messages go to a small team in the UK, and we answer product and routine questions directly.
What we can help with
Product questions are the easiest to answer: what sits inside the capsules, how they are usually taken, whether they overlap with something you already have at home, and what the label says. If you are comparing our joint capsules with another bottle on a shelf, name the product in your message so the reply can be precise rather than general.
Routine questions are just as welcome. If a daily mobility habit has stalled, or you are not sure where to begin, describe your situation in a couple of lines and we will point you to the closest page in the Daily Mobility Guide. If you are after natural joint care that fits around a working week, say what your week looks like and we will suggest a starting point that is realistic.
Message topics we answer
- Capsule contents, format and how to take them
- Choosing a starting point for daily joint support
- Clarifying anything you read on the guidance pages
- Order and delivery questions with a reference
- Feedback when a page is unclear or too strong
What we cannot do
We are not clinicians. We will not assess your situation, comment on test results, or suggest changes to anything prescribed to you. If a question sits in that territory, we will say so plainly instead of improvising an answer.
Anything about a diagnosed condition, new or worsening discomfort, swelling, or an injury belongs with your GP, a pharmacist, or NHS 111. Those routes can look at your own circumstances in a way an email inbox cannot.
We also cannot judge whether a supplement suits you personally during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or alongside anything prescribed. A pharmacist answers those questions quickly and accurately, and usually without an appointment. Where a message lands in that ground, we will point you there rather than guess — for example, a question about a knee pain solution that has changed in the last fortnight is one for your GP, not for us.

How to send a message
Use the form below, include your email address so a reply can reach you, and describe the question as specifically as you can — the product, the routine, or the page you are asking about. If your message is about an order or a delivery, add the order reference from your confirmation email and we can find the record without a back-and-forth.
We do not need your date of birth, medical history, or any details about your health. Please do not send them — the fewer personal details in an inbox, the better for everyone.

We keep enquiries in writing rather than by phone, so both sides have a clear record of what was asked and what we said.
Response times
We aim to reply within a few working days. Product and order questions are usually answered fastest; editorial questions can take a little longer because we check the source material before writing back.
If a week has passed with no reply, look in your spam folder first, then send the message again. Our replies occasionally land in promotions tabs.
Order questions
Usually the quickest, especially with an order reference included.
Product questions
Ingredients, format and how the capsules are usually taken.
Routine questions
Where to start when the week is already full.
Editorial questions
Slightly longer, because we check the source material first.
We do not run a phone line for enquiries. Email keeps a clear written record of what was asked and what we answered, which is easier for both sides to follow.
How we handle your message
We use the details you send — your email address and the content of your message — to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry. Contact details are not sold and are not used for unrelated marketing.
The privacy policy explains what is stored, how long it is kept, and how to ask for deletion. If you want your message removed after we have replied, say so in a short follow-up and we will action it. Your message is not published and you are not quoted anywhere on this site without being asked first.
Reporting a problem with the site
If a page is not loading, a link is broken, or something looks wrong on your phone, tell us which page and what happened. A short description is enough.
- A page that will not load Name the page and what you saw instead of it.
- A link that goes nowhere useful Tell us where you were and what you expected to open.
- Something unreadable on a small screen A screenshot is helpful but never required.
- Accessibility barriers Screen reader, keyboard navigation or larger text — tell us what got in the way and we will look at it.
- A claim that reads too strong Point us at the sentence and we will review the source behind it.
For anything about the terms of using this site, the Terms of Service page sets out the formal position.
Questions we hear often
Four short answers before you write. If your question is not here, the form above is the place for it.
Can you tell me whether I should take these capsules?
We can explain what sits inside them and how they are usually taken. We cannot advise on your own situation, particularly if you take anything prescribed or have a diagnosed condition. A pharmacist is the right person for that conversation, and it is usually a quick one.
How long do replies take?
A few working days for most messages. Order and product questions are usually the fastest. If a week has passed without an answer, check your spam folder, then send the message again so it reaches us.
Do you have a phone number?
Yes — +44 1273 497132 during office hours, Monday to Friday. For product and routine questions we still prefer a written message, because it leaves a clear record of the question and our answer for both sides.
Will you use my email for marketing?
No. Your details are used to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of it. The Privacy Policy sets out how long that record is kept and how to ask for it to be deleted.
Still deciding? Read a little more first
Most messages we receive are about the capsules themselves or about where to start with support joints daily can fit into a normal week. If that is your question, the capsule page and the ingredients page answer it faster than we can by email — then write to us with whatever is left over.
